[ut2003io] RedHat 9.0 and loki_patch

Uh well, heres what you do, look for a file by this name:
ut2003demo-lnx-2206.sh.bin
and then you install that, it includes the updated files, and the demo
version of the game :)
It worked for me so i'm assuming it would work for you
