master server protocol

Hi,

Adding basic support for UT2003 to xqf was easy as it's possible to
query servers with the gamespy protocol. This is however only of
limited use without getting a list of servers from the master.
UT2003 apparently no longer uses the gamespy protocol for master
server communication, therefore someone needs to patch qstat to
speak the new protocol. Are there any specifications for the
protocol available to make that task easier?
