Ok, mark this one up to <Insert random excuss here>.

It worked, doing a diff on the two files, showed they were the same, so I
re-uploaded it, did a diff again, saw there was a difference, and sure
enough worked great.

Thanks for the tip off, the servers are runing quite a bit better.
