[ut2003io] install help

Damn! I think it was Ryan that sent me an email with a line I could use to
startup the server (whoever it was had a note saying that if the line in the
email was in 2 seperate lines they should be one complete line...) - the
email seems to have vanished from my system. Damn my brother! He always does
this to me!!!

Was it you Ryan?! I was going to use something from it to verify a few
things before I actually set my server up.
