Looks like you ran out of disk space/hit a quota or something.

The file unpacks several times: 94 megs for the initial download (it's 
effectively an uncompressed tarball with a few highly compressed 
entries), which unpacks to be another 94 megs. Then the setup stuff 
uncompresses (gzipped ... adding about six megs), and that will, during 
install, unpack the data files (a bzip2 tarball)...adding about 210 megs.

So you need about 400 megs of disk space to install, but only 210 or so 
after the installation. It looks like you hit a quota, though, and not a 
physical limit.
