[ut2003servers] 2136 patch is being released

To answer the question before it is asked: 2136 for Linux will be 
available later tonight.

The only Linux-specific fix is making the down arrow work in the client 
again. The rest of the generic game fixes (server and client) from the 
win32 version apply, also.
