LocalStats

Well subject should say enough, I'm working on a server addon to
generate game logs that will allow you to generate your own statistics
for your own server, just like the global stats.
LocalStats should work together with global logging. So if server admins
could test this thing and give me feedback on thing it break it would be
great.
If all this works out ok I'm going to work on a remote stats version
that will send the stats info to a database or something.
