[ut2003io] Mouse button 6 & 7

after a very short google, i found this site that explains getting the
buttons to work http://www.groundhog1.com/mouse/MSExplorer.html and after
that using imwheel to map the buttons to keys. after that i figure you just
map unreal to the same keys. Just looking around briefly, It doesnt look
like xfree can handle mapping keys to the extra buttons itself.
