[ut2003io] Performance under Linux

Hi Daniel,
Pulling up one set of results:
Linux flyby-antalus.sh
65.418800 / 118.436325 / 388.566711 fps -- Score = 79.180466
Windows flyby-antalus.bat
56.015972 / 116.239037 / 384.414581 fps -- Score = 116.293869
Why is it that the Linux scores got a higher triplicate score (which I
presume means the minimum, medium (median?), and peak FPS values), but
the final score is still significantly lower than Windows?
