Three little things.. =)

Hi! 

First off, new to the list, glad to have found it!

Secondly is there or will there be any sort of archive for this mailing list? Clicked around on icculus.org but I couldn't find one at least.

Third, I have a Intellimouse Explorer mouse with two thumbbuttons and I was wondering if there's support for more than 3 buttons in UT2k3?

I've been testing some settings involving setting keys via imwheel. But all I get is 'None' in the keys settings. 

This is under linux anyways, the buttons works as wanted and shows using xev.
