timedemo fps & Console Commands?

I have the Linux Demo of ut2k3.

 I have a few questions:

1) How do I do a timedemo to benchmark my system using ut2k3?

2) How do I control how may fps I want to show ? (you could enter "min 
desired framerate" in original UT)

3) How do I display my fps rate during game play? (you could check 
"TimeDemo statistics" in original UT)

4) Where can I get a list/explaination of available console commands?
