(ut2003) Added ports in new game?

 My linux server and linux firewall/router worked fine with UT now with 2003 
it doesn't show up on the servers list. I opened up the range of ports to 10 
like the instructions said but still no listing of my server. The port I 
think may be new is 1812 becuase of all the deny listings in my log file 
since starting ut2003, any ideas? TIA
