Mirrors would be appreciated.  It's a big file and we only have limited
bandwidth, so please do not make this download location public or we
will have to remove the file.

It's a self-installer - just run the file inside the zip file. Mirrors
should feel free to host the compressed .bin file inside the zip instead
of the zip itself, if they don't have mime type issues.
