[ut2003io] Linux Server + LocalStats

I have LocalStats working quite happily on two Linux and two Windows
servers.
I haven't seen any segfault type problems.
I'm trying to get the stats parsed into a MySQL database using PHP, I guess
we'll see what happens with that though.
