Map download redirects

Do map download redirects work with the latest patch (or before)?  When
trying to connect to a server that has redirects on, I get:

Connection Failed
Downloading package 'BR-FestiveRidge' failed:  Server refused to send
'BR-FestiveRidge'.

It works fine from my Windows UT2003 client...

I get the same results behind a Linksys router and behind a Linux
(iptables).  Windows works fine at least with the Linksys.
