[ut2003io] Linux 2166 patch is now available...

The files 404 on the epicgames server, so I pulled them down from 
gameservers.nl. Is this intentional becuase of the problems people have been 
having or not?

I am on the auto-updater list, so I don't know if I should keep these files, or 
wait for something that works better?
