ATI Radeon benchmarks?

Hi, 
I'm thinking about upgrading my comp with a new graphic card.
So have anyone tried the Radeon cards? 
Benchmarks and quality of the drivers would be really nice to know.
I have tried google, but no luck. I guess the ut2003 list must be the
place to get information :)

P.s I am especially interesting in the 9500 pro, but I guess the quality
is the same as 9700 and 9700 pro.
