SVN conversion and the future of the Twilight Project

I'm considering the idea of splitting DarkPlaces modules (respectively darkplaces, dpmaster, dpmod, dpmodel, dpmviewer, dpvideo, hmap, hmap2, lhbin2c, lhfire, lhnqserver, lhterrain, lmp2pcx, 
modeltools, setgamma, zmodel) away from the main Twilight repository (respectively twilight, nqx, old-tw-web, website)...

And this brought to mind the sad state of affairs for twilight...

So I have two main questions, one is whether everyone is ok with that split, and two is what shall become of Twilight?
