Log message:

fixed SV_NextDownload_f reading bug which broke all downloads (it was assuming that SDL_RWread returns number of bytes read, but giving it the wrong parameters so it always returned 1 item read, not the number of bytes), and added proper handling of read errors (aborts the download and prints a warning to server console)
