Log message:

dlights are now common client things.  TODO: Make CCL_NewDlight go away in
favor of CCL_AllocDlight getting all the parameters of a dlight passed in.
This will unmerge some of CCL_NewDlight, but what calls it should also be
mergable, so it's no big loss.
