A few minor things before 0.2.0-RC2, minor really.

Major revamp of the particle code.

Borrowed slightly tweaked lightning and rocket trails from DP.

entity_common_t, this let me make gl_alias.[ch] common, as well as r_part.[ch].

A few other minor things, whole thing is trivial really. (=:]

Oh, yes, the particles all need a little tweaking now.

So, 0.2.0-RC2 in two or three days?
