If you want a /complete/ list, you're never going to get it.

src/client/*, it now exists.

Some of what used to be in the (nq|qw)/client.h is now there, but not
all that will be in time.

It is called ccl, not cl, deal.

The HUD is now common between QW and NQ, and no doubt it has some bugs
still, deal.

I've also killed some duplicate cvar gets, and there is now user_info_t.

And probably a lot of other stuff too.

OH! Yes, one last thing.

Sys_Backtrace, now actually gives function names.
(Some minor linking changes for that.)
