Log message:

New QC extensions from DarkPlaces implemented in NQ (but not yet in QW):
DP_QC_COPYENTITY, DP_QC_FINDCHAIN, DP_QC_FINDCHAINFLOAT, DP_QC_TRACETOSS,
DP_QC_VECTORVECTORS, and DP_SV_SETCOLOR.  Didn't implement the various
functions for DP_QC_GETSURFACE yet, mostly because I'm getting tired.  If
someone wants to port this to QW, go ahead - it'd be trivial to port.
