After updating, remove all of the symlinks in $(top_srcdir) - most of the
autocrap now lives in $(top_srcdir)/tools to help keep the top directory
clean.  This commit also will cause a make in the top-level directory to
copy binaries from the nq and qw subdirs to $(top_srcdir) as a final step.
This is a prelude to being able to properly have your source directory be
also your game directory, something which other engines take for granted,
but which we have never really allowed for.
