Hopefully this will get through the DDOS attack on me.

Revert most of ETG's stuff, if has clearly defined usage and meaning,
explicitly checking against NULL or true is, useless clutter.

skytexturenum no longer exists, it was tested against -1, but was never
changed from 0;

Some signed->unsigned changes.

QW sbar had the strcmp check on team inverted.

Don't crash on ents without models, and don't even bother loading static
ents that are completely and utterly empty.
