Some minor diff reduction for gl_alias.c and r_part.c.

This was done by completely ripping out the entity lerping for both QW
and NQ, and replacing it with something much better.

I here by declare the lerping in QW and NQ, both movement and alias, to
be absolutely perfect. Anyone who finds otherwise is obviously
delusional and should be locked up for the safty of themselves and
everyone else!
