Log message:

Whole lot of changes for NQX, mostly cosmetic.  The Quake console is
visually dead, or at least much changed.  It's now a black box with a
single pixel 60% brightness cyan line under it, all rendered at fixed 60%
alpha.  The fade in on slide is gone.  The slide happens literally ten
times faster as well (Quake2 speed), and the margins have been changed
around a bit.

When a demo is playing (note, timedemos are a specific exception), they
now play in a subwindow.  Either you like it or you don't, either way it
requires a couple of targas be added to id1/nqx, they're included.

Menus have the same effect as playing a demo - the game or console becomes
a subwindow.  Get out of the menus and it'll go back to full screen.  And
speaking of full screen, the menus now fill the screen (at least so much
as they can in that subwindow..)  They're still ugly as hell, no attempt
has been made yet to make them not suck.
