I've taken the liberty to send an invitation to the list to Josh Resnick,
President of Pandemic:

Following up again, we've gone ahead and set up a mailing list within the
community.   Developer participation would be very welcome at this point, as
we've already had many discussions regarding the current iteration of the
dedicated server for windows.

It would be well worth your time to engage with the members of this list.
The subscribers are hosting company admins, server farm admins and owners,
developers, designers, and more.   It is usually a highly techincal
discussion, and can provide your development teams with feedback and hard data
you cannot get from LucasForums, or via posts to swbattlefront.net.
