[smpeg] Error when compiling with SMPEG with latest SDL 1.2

Hello !


When compiling SMPEG with the
latest SDL 1.2 i got the following error :

When compiling with MinGW or CYGWIN on Windows,
most of the time there is no GTK installed and
so no AM_PATH_GTK_2_0 available.
