fast exit patch

Hi all,

I'm happy to see smpeg project still alive :-)

I've attached a patch to accelerate the exit from the
audio and video threads when we want to exit. Before
the SDL_WaitThreads i set a flag to force the exit from
the inner loops. I had up to two second delays in the
SMPEG_stop() call!
