[smpeg] Smpeg 0.4.4 no longer works with SDL...

I can tell you why the normal plaympeg is borken too: it's because of 
directx! When setting SDL_VIDEODRIVER=windib everything displays fine.

If a developer reads this: please try to fix this, smpeg is completely 
useless on windows right now. :-(
