[sdlsound] SDL_Sound mingw build does not produce dll?

Hello to all,

I just dled latest sld_sound via SVN, and i want to compile it under
msys/mingw.
I had to fix math.h for some error, but now compiles good, but there is no
sdl_sound.dll produced?

Anyone have idea?
