[sdlsound] alt audio converter

Hi Ryan,

I updated the altaudiocvt once more:
it  is now supposed to work, too.
The code is cleaned  up (a little) and the
extra parameter is removed, as discussed.
Finally a helper function, which calculates the buffer
size according to the chosen conversation an input
size is provided.
