[sdlsound] AIFF decoder bug

Oh well, if SoX can produce the raw data it should be pretty easy to write a
dummy decoder for it, just to test.

I've uploaded the testfiles I've got so far to

Unfortunately, when I use Frank's audio converter the test script crashes
on the very first test case, and so far I don't have a clue why. What's so
annoying is that if I use electric fence, it doesn't crash. Can anyone else
reproduce this? Any ideas?
