I was under the impression that mpglib was integer-based...I was surprised
(and disappointed) to find it wasn't.

Having an integer based MP3 decoder seems important to me. I'll see what
it will take to convert libmpg, or I'll swallow my pride and ask the MAD
developers for a GPL exemption for SDL_sound.
