Semi-useless TiMidity patch

This should keep our version of TiMidity from choking on TiMidity++'s 
extensions to the config file. None of the extensions are implemented 
yet (hence the semi-uselessness), but at least it should give an idea of 
what's missing.

It seems the "map" directive is the one that would be most useful to 
implement. Unfortunately I haven't found any documentation for it, so I 
have only the foggiest ideas of what it's supposed to do.
