Autoconf

[Max Horn]

Attached you find a modified version of SDL_sound with 
autoconf/automake/libtool support. I also renamed LICENSE to COPYING 
to conform better to the GNU coding standard.


Please note: you probably do *not* want to add these files to CVS 
(they should be generated by the bootstrap script):
  config.guess, config.sub, configure, depcomp, install-sh, ltconfi, 
ltmain.sh, missing, mkinstalldirs

Otherwise, all the files in there should be in CVS... and I did some 
small mods to the source as well, a diff should reveal what was 
changed.
