aiff patch...

I've patched aiff.c to be able to abstractly handle different data
formats, like wav.c does, in case we ever get around to handling
compressed data types.  :)

Patch is attached. I won't commit it to CVS until I get Torbjorn's
approval, since so much got moved around and tweaked.

Next up: finish ADPCM decoder for wav.c, and write some manpages. Then
0.1.4 can be released.
