One thing I noticed is that it de-all-caps stuff unconditionally, i.e.
even if e.g. the article title capitalized fine, things like "DNA" would
get changed to "Dna". It should be possible to detect all-caps, and
only change it then.

Hmm... I think the problem is that often ISI returns the whole title in
caps, so that it's hard to tell whether it was caps originally or not.
Let me think about it a little further.<br>

Yeah, I actually just noticed it myself. It seems that the problem
occurs when the title contains non-ascii characters and ISI returns an
"Invalid Query" error. I'm working to get around that and hopefully
will submit a fix today or tomorrow.<br>
