[referencer] Referencer development?

Hey,

Good to see this discussion starting up again.  To clarify my position, I don't mind whether something is merged before or after moving repositories.  Hopefully no action is required from me other than closing down the old hosting once the new hosting is in place.  So please don't wait for me!
