One thing I noticed is that it de-all-caps stuff unconditionally, i.e.
even if e.g. the article title capitalized fine, things like "DNA" would
get changed to "Dna".  It should be possible to detect all-caps, and
only change it then. 

Otherwise, it's working really great now, thanks a lot!  This certainly
helps to get over the "Crossref issue" in case you have access to Web of
Science.

Sometimes, I still get errors though, like

Exception: <type 'exceptions.ValueError'>

Module: isi-plugin
Explanation: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''

This happened e.g. with DOI 10.1016/S0022-2860(98)00854-0 to me.
