Plugin error

Hi all

A friend of mine was trying to use my Isi-Web of knowledge plugin. He is
using referencer 1.1.1 but he get the following message when starting
referencer (i've changed his real username to XXXXX)

Plugin::load: isiwos:Info dict isn't a dict!  Old plugin?

Any idea about the "fourth line"?
