Adding "Notes" functionality

Hi all,
I've been using referencer for a while, but one thing I always wanted to be
able to do was to take notes about my articles. I had a bit of free time
and a desire to learn about gtkmm, so I tried to add some basic note
functionality. I've attached the patch to this email in case anyone wants
to check it out. The functionality that should exist now is:
- Show/hide of a "Notes pane" via the "View" menu (copied quite a bit from
the tag pane!)
- Editing and saving of notes (just another xml field in the library file)
- Export of notes as HTML via the "Tools" menu (all or selected only, copied
almost entirely from "export as bibtex")
I'm still learning, but it seems to be functional so far (at least on my
machine running Ubuntu 8.04). Thanks for a great program, and I'd
appreciate any feedback! This was largely a learning exercise and a lot of
my code is hacked on and copied from other bits of referencer.
Charlotte
