French po file

Hi all,

I've just tested the brand new svn release of referencer and I really
appreciate the new icon view and the plugin system... You really did a
great job..

John, I've just updated and completed the French translation in
Launchpad (see the attached fr.po for testers -in that case just add the
file in the po folder and add 'fr' in the LINGUAS file-)...
