[referencer] boost_regex on gentoo (was: Hello)

The issue is fixed in Gentoo [1]. Maybe the patch could be used upstream?

Currently referencer seems to build only against single-threaded
boost. Gentoo users can build boost multithreaded-only, and that will
prevent referencer from building.

The first test I did was using the new gentoo ebuild, with the patch
-- and boost compiled with only multithreaded libraries. I was
successful building referencer for the first time. Then I rebuilt
boost with single-threaded libs included, and was able to build
referencer from SVN.

PS: Michael Bank, thanks for stepping in too.
