I think there might be some legal problems with shooting you in the
head!

I would take you up on this if I had a) more time and b) a mac.  I
briefly looked into the possibility a while back, and found that
macports.org seemed to have most of the gnome packages needed, so if
anyone is interested in doing this then that might be a good starting
point.
