[quake3] new binaries and new mirrors

Mainly:
I want bugs from the recent (ipv6, SDL, maybe a better windows console  
if people are pissed about that still), and not so recent past worked  
out.
Then we can at least branch, put it up, call it a beta, get feedback.  
Maybe make the installers more friendly, etc.
