Admin tools

Something I would really like to see in Urban Terror and World of Padman is
the same admin tools that are in Tremulous; multiple admin levels and flags
for who has access to the different !commands. This would probably happen
automatically if someone takes the Tremulous admin code and ports it back
into ioQuake.

Is this likely to happen?
