IPv6 on SGI IRIX/MIPS

Hey guys, I just built r1321 on IRIX, and I need to make one tiny change 
similar to the one made for Solaris. It turns out that <ifaddrs.h> 
doesn't exist (and apparently isn't needed to compile successfully). I 
believe this was added when IPv6 support was added. Attached is the 
patch. I have yet to test IPv6 functionality, but I guess I can try that 
soon.
