[quake3] Tutorial for beginners

I've been using http://code3arena.planetquake.gamespy.com/ to help me
get acquainted with the code.  I think there are some other sites I've
found, but I don't have them handy at the moment.  Other than that,
just jump in and start reading, changing, and testing the code.
